Ss of yesterday, I have been diagnosed with having Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (also called Cell Phone Arm Syndrome). And although it would make a good humorous story, it wasn't because of cellphones. It was improper table posture (don't lean on your elbows so often) and bad sleeping habits (I fold my arms beyond 90 degrees when i sleep). So don't follow my lead kids, learn how and why you can get this, and how you can avoid it.

Doctor says i can minimize the symptoms with Vitamin B complex therapy for a month, plus nerve meds. If this goes on for over a month, i may need to see the orthodontist.

Should I be happy it happened on my left hand, and not on my drawing hand on the right? Oh well.
