My fanart rendition of the Powerpuff Girls in their late teens. Inspired when i read DC and Marvel's alternate reality comic series and thought "What if i make an alternate reality PPG?" and thats where it all started. The usual cast are still there, although very different.
Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup had their powers removed when they were 8 years old and grew up being normal, thanks to the new policies of their new Mayor Bradley (yup, they finally kicked out the stupid one). Prof. Utonium finally got around marrying the PPG's teacher but divorced 5 years later. Most of the usual villains were removed or relocated, thanks to Mayor Bradley's Chemical X-powered TOUGH COPS. But Mojo Jojo came back with an upgrade and he brought his Rowdy Rough Teens with him.
Got the whole story in my head, as you check each artwork series, a little bit of the story is told to make it more interesting.

Heh, reminds me of the Ultimates. Can't wait to see what happened to the other characters, like Princess, she should be owning half of the Earth by now... ;>
Hehe, actually i havent yet gone beyond that yet, got no plans yet for other villains like HIM, Princess, Gangrene Gang and the usual gigantic monsters that plague Townsville. The concept of Mojo Jojo and the Rowdy Rough Boys got me interested first. I was even thinking of making the former Mayor one of the major villains (maybe even striking a deal with HIM).
Plus the story isnt so girly and colorful all the time. Its really about growing up responsibly, and everything's no longer black and white or clear-cut good and evil.
Yes, Questor Magazine asked for a copy for their fanart section, and since at that time i was such a klutz at the behaviors of DPI's (dot-per-inch), i sent them a crappy copy, thinking they'll print it in the usual max format of 2x3 inches. Turned out they did a whole page format! I should have been proud that my work took a whole page but the print turned out real bad.
