Zaku II Commander Type
Black Crossbone Legion Custom

The latest Zaku me and my wife built for her costume she would wear for Anime Festival Asia in Singapore. Had plenty of help from my friends :iconbatangbatugan: and Ricki Buzon during the last weeks of construction.

Its basically the same mold as my last Zaku I Sniper Custom, which made it easier to build as most of the trial-and-error stages were eliminated entirely.


Zaku I Commander Type
Tropics Camo South East Asian Zeon Sphere Custom

This was my former Zaku I Sniper model remodeled as a Commander Type custom, but with removed energy pack for sniper beam weapons and converted to the regular booster packs as well as shoulder shield. This is based on the Gundam 08th MS Team's Commander Topp's Zaku I.

Both Zakus have the usual 120mm Machine Guns and with additional arm shields. The Zaku I, I still continued to add damage to the armor to make it consistent. I'll have this picture replaced once we have a decent photo shoot in Singapore this weekend. :)

I might just do that, once I get to experiment with the independent eye movements. The Zaku eyes only move using kinetic force: tilting the head left and right makes it go left and right, lol!

I checked your blog and youtube stuff and I have to say it's pretty damn good. At least your shoulder shield didn't fall off like that other guy. And what's funny is he didn't even notice when it happened. Just type in Zaku costume on youtube and it's in the first lineup, Romics 2009

Yep, when we made a test run on our costumes, the first thing that fell were the shoulder armor shields. Had it modified its structural support to make sure it doesnt happen as well.
